Students participating in the visual arts study the seven elements of art, explore many different medias in art, and receive lessons in art history. Each lesson is based on the grade-level specific biblical theme, so students deepen their knowledge of art and make a connection to their yearly biblical theme, all while striving to hone and perfect their artistic skills and creativity.
HCA also participates in the ACSI Art Festival each year where many of our students have been recognized for their outstanding artistic ability.
