Payment Options:
There are two ways to pay tuition at Harvest Christian Academy:
Payment in Full - Cash or Check
Twelve-month financing plan available through FACTS Tuition Management Company; this plan starts in May and ends in April of each year. Tuition invoices are mailed by FACTS. It is the family's responsibility to set-up their payment plan online following the directions included on the invoice.
All financial arrangements must be made by June 1st. Students enrolling after June 1st must have financial arrangements in place before attending classes
Late Payments - Returning Students:
If tuition is not paid in full or financial arrangements made by June 1st, a late fee of $100 per student will be assessed to the student's account.
Refunds:
In the case of official withdrawel or institutional dismissal, tuition will be refunded as follows:
Registration Fee: Non-refundable
Saints Fee: Non-refundable
Tuition:
90% - Before or on the first day of school
75% - After the first day of class through September 30th
50% - From October 1st - November 30th
25% - From December 1st - January 31st
0% - After January 31st
Notes: Any Miscellaneous direct cost fees incurred throughout the year are non-refundable Any applicable financial aid may be reduced by the same percentage upon withdrawel
* The Saints Fee covers athletics, fine arts, graduation, science, technology, yearbook, standardized testing and related student activities. The Saints Fee does not include certain college credit courses, optional testing, field trips, some cheerleading costs, special events, uniforms, books and supplies.
